What to expect
- your session with Father Christmas will last about 5 minutes, you can arrive at any time during your allocated time slot

Experience a magical Victorian Christmas
This Christmas, we're delighted to welcome you back to Preston Park Museum for a truly special festive season — our first since completing a multi-million-pound transformation, including the opening of the stunning new The Spence Building. Some of the highlights include:
- explore the magical Victorian Street, decorated for Christmas
- enjoy festive music from community choirs
- make magic reindeer food to help guide the sleigh on Christmas Eve
- make a Christmas craft
- write your letter to Father Christmas using a traditional dip pen and ink
- Explore the Victorian sweet shop, dress up in period costume, and capture the moment in our vintage photography studio.
- Follow the 12 Days of Christmas Trail to uncover hidden surprises throughout the museum.
- afterwards, take a break and enjoy festive treats from The Spence Café, located in our beautiful new building
- see our captivating exhibitions, including the interactive playscape, All Aboard! and Corridors by Rebecca Louise Law

Father Christmas will be in his grotto every weekend from Saturday 29 November until Sunday 21 December.
Relaxed sessions
There will also be relaxed Meet Father Christmas sessions taking place with reduced numbers and lower noise levels. Please look out for more details coming soon.

please note that all members of your party will need a valid annual or day Museum Pass for your visit. We recommend buying your pass online to save time when you arrive. If you already have a museum pass, please bring it with you.
