Little Loco Storytelling
We're thrilled to welcome Caroline Hardie from Friends of Stockton and Darlington Railway, author of Little Loco, for a special session of interactive storytelling inspired by her delightful railway-themed books.
Set on the historic opening day of the Stockton & Darlington Railway in 1825, this immersive session brings to life the story of Little Loco, a nervous but determined locomotive tasked with pulling a train of grumbling, wonky waggons. With Herald the Horse worried about losing his job and the waggons wishing for hooves over steam, can Little Loco prove that there's room for everyone on the tracks?
Caroline's books will be available in the museum gift shop, and she'll be signing copies after the session — a perfect keepsake for your little train enthusiast!
