Is the museum open today?
The museum’s opening times are Tues-Sun, 10am-4pm. We’re closed Mondays except during local school and bank holidays.
What time do the park gates close?
During the autumn and winter, the park gates are open 8am-5pm.

What if I’ve lost something at the museum?
Lost property is kept for one month at the welcome desk for the owner to collect it. If you have lost an item, you can email museum@stockton.gov.uk or call 01642 527375 during opening hours to see if it has been handed in.

What happens if I have lost my annual pass?
If you are unable to present a valid ticket, you will need to purchase a new one.
Are dogs allowed in the museum?
Dogs are allowed anywhere in the park except the adventure play area, skate park and the museum and gardens (assistance dogs only).
