Recycling the River Tees – Community Project

Recycling the River Tees is a new exhibition at Preston Park Museum, it features artwork created by local people and is inspired by the river’s natural and industrial heritage.

The exhibition will be on display from Saturday 1 February until Sunday 27 April 2025.

We are looking for local people to share their positive stories about the River Tees, whether its wild swimming, rowing or even your fond memories growing up around the river. These will help inspire the artwork and may go on display in the exhibition.
