We’re making it super easy for people to make a difference, help the environment and keep the park looking beautifully clean and green!
We now have a large litter picking box made by our talented craft volunteers, at the front of the museum.
Community groups, family and friends and individuals can use it to borrow equipment and litter pick around the park.
How you can be a litter picking champion
- Ask the front of house team in the museum to give you the code for the lock
- Choose your equipment to borrow
- Look for litter around the park and bag it up
- Put your bag(s) of litter beside one of the bins in the park where it will be collected
- Return all equipment and make sure you lock the litter picking box
- Give yourself a high 5 and tag us into any of your photos or videos so you can inspire others!
