On your mark. Get set. Go!
We’re warming up for a summer of Olympics and you’re invited to join in. Take part in multi sports in the park, as well as an Olympic inspired craft in the museum.
See what’s on below…
- We Do Tennis are giving you the chance to play tennis – Monday 29 July, 10am – 1pm. Taking place at the front of the museum, you are invited to pop along and have a go. All equipment will be provided, suitable for beginners. Free
- Make your own clay medal to take home – Tuesday 30 July and Thursday 1 August, 10am – 3pm Normal museum admission applies
- Chair based workout – Tuesday 30 July, 11am – 2pm. Suitable for all ages and abilities. This activity will take place in the museum, so you will need to buy a museum ticket
- Multi sports – Wednesday 31 July, 10am – 2pm. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Free
- Bring your bike along to the museum for a free health check with Sustrans, Wednesday 31 July and Thursday 1 August, 10am – 2pm
