Step back in time at our interactive Victorian photography event, taking place at the museum, after hours, on Thursday 15 August. This event has been co-produced by our Young Producers – a group of 16 – 25 year olds who get involved with programming, planning, future developments, collections and learning more about careers in museums and the wider creative sector.
Join us for an evening of:
- Photobombs and props- Unique photo opportunities in five different shops on the Victorian Street
- The whole family can get dressed up in Victorian Costumes and strike a pose
- Play trail to explore and complete
- Drop-in circus skills workshop
- Make your own top-hat to wear and take home
- Street performers to keep you entertained
- Tasty treats from the tea room on the Victorian Street
- An opportunity to explore the museum after hours

Places are limited and must be pre-booked. There are two time slots to choose from, 4.30 – 6pm and 6 – 7.30pm
